鼠神经生长因子对急性脑梗死患者认知功能及运动功能恢复的影响

         

摘要

Objective: To investigate the effect of nerve growth factor on the recovery of cognitive function and motor function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:135 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from August 2014 to May 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in each group according to the random number table method. Conventional treatment for cerebral infarction in control group. The short treatment group was treated with nerve growth factor injection on the basis of the control group, and the muscle was injected with 18 g, 1 times a day, for 28 days. In the control group, the treatment group was treated with nerve growth factor injection, 18 g, 1 times a day, for 56 days. The neurological function score, MMES score, FMA score, score and score were observed before and after 28 days, 56 days and 3 days after treatment, and the clinical effect of the 3 groups were compared.Results:After treatment, three groups of neurological function score, MMSE score, FMA score were significantly improved than before treatment. After treatment, there were no significant differences in neurological function scores between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05), MMSE score and FMA score were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of neurological function score, MMSE score and FMA score in the long course of treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05), and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:In addition to promoting the functional recovery of nervous system in AMI patients, it can also promote the recovery of cognitive function and motor function, and the effect of long period of treatment is better.%目的:探讨鼠神经生长因子对急性脑梗死患者认知功能及运动功能恢复的作用。方法:收集2012年5月至2014年8月在我院神经科住院治疗的急性脑梗死患者135例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为短疗程组、长疗程组和对照组,每组45例。对照组采用脑梗死的常规治疗方法。短疗程组在对照组基础上加鼠神经生长因子注射液治疗,肌肉注射18μg,每日1次,连续使用28天。长疗程组在对照组基础上加用鼠神经生长因子注射液,肌肉注射18μg,每日1次,连续使用56天。观察3组患者治疗前、治疗28天、56天后的神经系统功能评分、MMES评分、FMA评分变化情况,同时比较3组的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,三组神经功能评分、MMSE评分、FMA评分均较治疗前明显改善。治疗后短疗程组与对照组神经功能评分均无统计学差异(P>0.05),MMSE评分、FMA评分则较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。长疗程组神经功能评分、MMSE评分、FMA评分的改善程度明显高于对照组和短疗程组(P<0.05),长疗程组总有效率明显高于对照组,总体疗效优于对照组和短疗程组(P<0.05)。短疗程组总有效率与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:鼠神经生长因子除了能促进AMI患者神经系统功能修复外,还可促进其认知功能和运动功能的恢复,而长疗程的效果更佳。
