Objective: To affect hospital operating room and to implement safety factors, the effect of the implementation of the measures studied. Methods: through observation and analysis of operating room staff, to discuss, specifically affecting the hospital operating room safety factors, and proposed prevention measures, and the effects of the implementation of the measures studied. Results: 2010/2 and 2011 / 2 these two points in time raise the level of the nurses, the implementation of rules and regulations, improve the care and detail the differences between the three areas were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).
