目的：探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效和安全性。方法90例支气管哮喘患者，随机分为试验组与对照组，各45例。对照组采用基础西医治疗，试验组在对照组的基础上使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及安全性。结果试验组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)，不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论使用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂治疗支气管哮喘其临床疗效显著并且安全性高，值得在临床推广。%Objective To investigate clinical effect and safety by salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalant in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 90 bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received basic Western therapy, and the experimental group received additional salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalant. Clinical effects and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group had better clinical effect than the control group (P<0.05), and its incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Implement of salmeterol and fluticasone propionate powder inhalant provides precisely clinical effect and high safety in the treatment of bronchial asthma, and it is worth clinical promotion.
