两种考核方法在新入职护士规范化培训技能考核中的应用效果比较

摘要

目的 探讨两种考核方法 法在新入职护士规范化培训技能考核中的应用效果比较.方法选取2015年1—8月201名新入职护士为研究对象,比较201名新入职护士规范化培训后技能操作传统考核法成绩与临床实境下技能直接观察考核法(DOPS)成绩.结果 201名护士规范化培训后传统考核法技能操作成绩为(84.9±5.1)分,DOPS考核法成绩为(69.0±7.6)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且传统考核法评价的等级优于DOPS法.结论 DOPS考核法是临床实境下客观多维度评价新入职护士临床技能操作中态度、行为与能力的方法,更符合基于岗位胜任力人才培养模式的要求.%Objective To compare the effects of two kinds of assessment methods on the skill examination of standardized training in new nurses.Methods From January to August 2015, 201 newly recruited nurses were selected as objects and the comparison were implemented by self-comparison method. The scores were compared for taking traditional examination method to assess standardized training at first, and then taking the directly observed assessment method to assess the skills in real clinical environment.Results After standardized training, the performance of the traditional examination method was (84.9±5.1), and the score of DOPS examination was about (69.0 ±7.6)(P<0.05), and the traditional assessment method was better than the DOPS method on the score.Conclusions The DOPS method is an objective and multidimensional assessment tool in evaluating new nurses' clinical skills from their attitudes, behaviors and abilities in real clinical environment, the method is more in line with post competency-based training mode.
