目的 探讨腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术中使用生物蛋白胶固定补片的临床价值.方法 回顾分析2014年2月～2015年8月80例行腹腔镜腹膜前疝修补术患者的临床资料,术中均使用生物蛋白胶固定补片. 结果 80例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜手术,无中转开腹,术中无大出血发生.1例术后出现腹股沟区血肿,经理疗、穿刺抽吸并局部加压包扎3d后血肿消失,无局部感染发生,未出现腹股沟区感觉迟钝或疼痛.80例随访6 ～ 24个月,均无复发. 结论 腹腔镜经腹腹膜前疝修补术中使用生物蛋白胶固定补片安全有效,并发症少.%Objective To explore the clinical value of biological fibrin glue to fix patch in transabdominal preperitoneal prosthesis(TAPP).Methods The clinical data of 80 cases with inguinal hernia underwent laparoscopic TAPP were analyzed retrospectively from February 2014 To August 2015.During the TAPP,biological fibrin glue was applied to fix the hernia patch.Results All 80 cases were successfully completed the laparoscopic surgery without laparotomy and intraoperative hemorrhea.Postoperative hematoma of the groin area was found in one case,and cured by physiotherapy,puncture aspiration and pressure dressing without postoperative local infection and dysesthesia and pain of inguinal region.All cases were followed up for 6 to 24 months without recurrence.Conclusion The patch fixation of biological fibrin glue is a safe and effective technique with less complication in laparoscopic TAPP.
