One rare case of ankle abscess caused by Cladosporium tenuissimum was reported.A 68-year-old peasant woman developed swollen,abscess and ulcer at his right ankle after leech bite one year ago.Histopathological examination revealed brown chlamydospores in tissue and fungal culture showed olive filamentous fungi growth which was identified as Cladosporium tenuissimum by morphology and ITS sequencing.This patient was diagnosed as chromablastomycosis and was prescribed itraconazole 0.2 g bid.The follow-up of four weeks showed obvious improvement.%报道1例由极细枝孢霉引起的足踝关节处罕见的脓肿样感染.患者女,68岁,农民,水蛭咬伤后局部红肿、溃疡、脓肿伴痛1年.组织病理检查示真皮层暗色孢子,真菌培养为橄榄色丝状菌种,经形态学和分子鉴定为极细枝孢霉.该患者诊断为着色芽生菌病,给予口服伊曲康唑颗粒,0.2 9/次,2次/d,治疗4周后病情明显好转.
