Uremic pruritus (UP) is one of the most common complications of dialysis patients.Adverse events that seriously affect the quality of life of patients are easily underestimated by clinicians.The treatment mainly includes: local topical drugs, dialysis mode change, acupuncture, systematic drug treatment and renal transplantation, but because its mechanism is not entirely clear, so there is no universal and effective drug to treat.This review is base on the hypothesis of partial mechanism, to introduce drug treatment of UP.%尿毒症性皮肤瘙痒(UP)是透析患者最常见的并发症之一,严重影响其生活质量,且带来的不良事件易被临床医师所低估.其治疗主要包括局部外用药物、改变透析模式、针炙、系统性药物治疗及肾移植等.目前UP产生的机制不完全清楚,因此尚无普遍有效的药物治疗.本文针对其部分发生机制的假说,就UP的药物治疗进行相关综述.
