Hemodialysis is a way of treatment for uremia. Tlie patients with uremia have many organ injuries, conventional thrice weekly in-cemre haemodialysis can replace Tenal function, but also have many confiscations. The alternative dialysis regimens including nocturnal hemodialysis have more benefits on patients, such as small and middle molecule clearance,improvement of quality of life and uardiac function,decreament of economic buden. This review aims to provide a new research in nocturnal hemodialysis,as a theoretical basis for clinical work.%血液透析(HD)是治疗终末期肾病的主要手段之一.尿毒症患者存在许多器官损伤,每周三次常规血液透析(CHD)替代肾脏功能,但仍存在诸多并发症.改良HD方式如夜间透析(NHD),有助清除中小分子物质、改善生活质量、改善心脏功能,减少经济负担等.本文重点阐述NHD的研究进展,为其在临床上的应用提供理论基础.
