首发未服药精神分裂症患者血浆非酶抗氧化物浓度分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨首发未服药精神分裂症患者血浆非酶抗氧化物水平及其与临床特征间的关系.方法 测定55例首发未服用抗精神病药精神分裂症患者和42名正常对照的血浆非酶抗氧化物水平,包括白蛋白、总胆红素浓度和尿酸浓度;采用阳性和阴性症状量表(positive and negative symptoms scale,PANSS)评定精神症状.结果 患者组血浆白蛋白和尿酸浓度明显低于对照组[(44.72±3.42)g/L vs(46.70±3.43)g/L,(3.11±1.00)×102 μmoL/L vs(5.00±1.01)×102μmoL/L,P均小于0.05];以阳性症状为主的患者血浆总胆红素浓度明显高于以阴性症状为主的患者[(12.48±3.86)μmoL/L vs(10.27±1.78)μmoL/L,P=0.04];男性患者尿酸浓度明显高于女性患者[(3.54±1.21)×102μmoL/L vs(2.88±0.76)×102μmoL/L,P=0.01];对照组男女性之间上述3个指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);相关分析仅发现对照组血浆白蛋白、尿酸与年龄相关(r=-0.39,P=0.01; r=-0.40,P=0.01)),但患者组未发现3个生化指标与患者一般状况、PANSS评分相关(P>0.05).结论 机体非酶抗氧化系统在首发精神分裂症患者的起病中可能起一定作用,对疾病阴性症状可能影响更为突出.%Objective To investigatehe the plasma non-enzyme antioxidants levels and their correlations with clinical traits in first-episode medication-free patients with schizophrenia. Methods The plasma antioxidants levels included alhumin, bilirubin and uric acid levels were examined in 55 first-episode medication-free schizophrenic patients and 42 healthy controls. Psychopathological symptoms were assessed by using the positive and negative symptom scale( PANSS ).Results The plasma albumin and uric acid levels were significantly lower In schizophrenic group than in the control group [ (44.72±3.42 )g/L vs ( 46.70±3.43 )g/L, ( 3.11±1.00 )×102 μmoL/L vs( 5.00 ± 1.01 ) × 102 μmoL/L,P all <0.05]. In schizophrenic group, the plasma bilirubin concentrations were lower in negative subgroup than in positive subgroup [ (10.27 ± 1.78 ) μmoL/L vs ( 12.48 ± 3.86 )μmoL/L, P=0.04 ] whereas the plasma uric acid levels were markedly higher in male patients than female patients[ ( 3.54 ± 1.21 ) × 102 μmoL/L vs ( 2.88±0.76 ) × 102 μmoL/L, P=0.01].However,there was no difference at the three above plasma indexes between normal male and female subjecfts. In healthy volunteers , the plasma albumin ( r=-0.39,P=0.01 )and uric acid ( r=-0.40 ,P=0.01 )levels were significantly correlated with age. Those correlations were not found among the antioxidants levels, demography and the scores of PANSS in schizophrenics. Conclusions Non-enzyme antioxidants system might be involved in the physiology of first-episode patients with schizophrenia and non-enzyme antioxidants might have more influence on negative symptoms than positive symptoms.
