目的 探讨咽喉部血管瘤的治疗方法.方法 对我科2008年2月~2015年1月收治的8例咽喉血管瘤患者,采用超声引导下平阳霉素瘤体内注射治疗,观察疗效.结果 术后2~3 d,瘤体及周围组织肿胀;1周后瘤体变淡、缩小.所有病例均无发热及血常规改变.1次治愈4例,2次治愈2例,2次显效2例.随访1年以上均未见明显复发,术后咽喉部不适症状均有明显改善.结论 超声引导下平阳霉素联合地塞米松于瘤体内注射治疗咽喉部血管瘤,能显著提高疗效,改善患者生活质量.%Objective To investigate the treatment for hemangioma of pharynx and larynx .Methods Eight patients with hemangioma of pharynx and larynx hospitalized between February 2008 and January 2015 were involved . These patients were given ultrasound-guided Pingyangmycin injection into the tumor .The therapeutic effect was observed . Results Tumor bodies and their surrounding tissues swelled 2 to 3 days after treatment , shranked and the color faded after one week .No fever or abnormality of blood routine was observed .Four patients were cured after one treatment .Two were cured and another two were improved after twice treatment .All of them were followed up for at least one year and none of them relapsed .All discomforts in the pharynx and larynx caused by the tumor were lessened remarkably after the treatment.Conclusions Ultrasound-guided Pingyangmycin and dexamethasone injection for the treatment of hemangioma of pharynx and larynx could significantly improve the efficacy and the patients′quality of life.
