目的：研究耳后注射甲强龙对平坦型突发性聋各频率疗效的影响。方法回顾2011年至今收入我院耳鼻喉科突发性聋病例，选取其中平坦型者，按照有无耳后注射甲强龙分为耳后注射组及非耳后注射组，分别比较两组治疗有效率、治愈率及治疗前后五个频段提高幅度（125-250Hz平均值、125-500Hz平均值、500-2KHz平均值、4-8KHz平均值及250-4KHz平均值）。结果耳后注射组和非耳后注射组比较，治愈率P=0.04<0.05，有统计学意义，有效率P=0.52>0.05，无统计学意义；两组125-250Hz平均值比较P=0.03<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论耳后注射甲强龙治疗突发性聋安全有效，对平坦型突发性聋的治疗有效率无影响，但明显提高治愈率，而且对低频听力的提高有帮助。%Objective To report outcomes of post-aural injection of methylprednisolone in patients with flat-type sud-den hearing loss. Methods Cases of sudden hearing loss treated by the authors from 2011 to the present were reviewed and those with flat-type hearing loss were selected and divided into a post-aural injection group and a non-post-aural injection group, respectively. The rate of recovery and improvement over five frequency bands (125-250 Hz, 125-500 Hz, 500-2 kHz, 4-8 kHz and 250-4 kHz) were compared between the two groups. Results 1) The rate of complete recovery in the post-aural injection group was higher (P=0.04<0.05), although the overall effectiveness rate was not significantly different between the two groups (P=0.52>0.05). The post-aural injection group also showed more improvement over 125-250 Hz than the other group (P=0.03<0.05). Conclusions Post-aural injection of methylprednisolone as a treatment for flat-type sudden hearing loss is safe and effective, with higher efficacy over low frequencies than high frequencies.
