功能性磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)是通过检验血流进入脑细胞的磁场变化而实现脑功能成像的一项新技术,它能给出更精确的结构与功能关系。目前对感音神经性听力损失的听觉皮层的研究已成热点,fMRI在一定程度上可作为有效的手段评估听觉皮层的功能。本文查阅资料,就fMRI在感音神经性听力损失听觉皮层评估中的作用做一综述。%Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is a new technology that is capable of show-ing brain functional status by testing magnetic field changes related to blood flowing into cerebral cells, provid-ing accurate information regarding structural and functional relations. At present, auditory cortex changes in sensorineural hearing loss have become a hot research field. fMRI can be an important direct and objective im-aging method for assessment of the central auditory cortex. This paper provides a review on the application of fMRI in evaluation of the auditory cortex in sensorineural hearing loss.
