近年来,妊娠女性合并慢性肾脏疾病患者的比例逐年增高,这些患者妊娠期间一旦并发子痫前期将严重影响母儿结局.文章将就孕前合并慢性肾脏疾病患者孕期子痫前期的风险、诊断和预防等方面内容进行介绍,以期指导临床,改善此类患者的临床预后.%In recent years,the incidence of chronic kidney disease has increased annually in pregnant women.If the patients complicated with chronic kidney disease suffer from preeclampsia during pregnancy,the maternal and perinatal outcomes will be affected seriously.In this paper,we will introduce the risk,diagnosis and prevention of preeclampsia in patients with chronic kidney disease,in order to improve the prognosis of these patients.
