随着对早期食管癌诊治认识的不断深入及循证医学证据的不断完善,早期食管癌内镜下微创治疗达成广泛共识.目前的研究结果表明,早期食管癌及癌前病变的内镜下微创治疗不仅具有与传统外科相同的疗效,同时还具有微创、安全、费用低、术后生存质量高等优点.目前临床上早期食管癌和癌前病变的内镜微创治疗方式主要分为两大类:一是机械性切除:包括内镜下黏膜切除术、多环套扎黏膜切除术及内镜黏膜下剥离术.二是物理化学技术为主的治疗方法,主要包括:氩离子凝固术,光动力学疗法及新发展的射频消融术.%As the concept of tumor diagnosis and treatment continues improving,minimally invasive endoscopic treatment of early esophageal cancer has been broadly recognized due to not only the same therapeutic effect as traditional surgery but also the minimally invasion,safety,low cost,quality of life after surgery.It represents the treatment direction of esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions in the early 21st century.Minimally invasive treatments for early esophageal cancer include mechanical treatment (endoscopic musoucal resection,multi-band mucosectomy,endoscopic submucosal dissection) as well as physical and chemical treatment (argon plasma coagnlation,radiofrequency ablation,photodynamic therapy).
