辽宁省过去八年开展的农村卫生适宜技术推广取得了良好的社会效益与经济效益,在需求评估、技术遴选、绩效考核、质量控制等方面建立了一整套行之有效的管理流程与规范,积累了一些推广经验.在以后的适宜技术选择与应用上,建议建立以政府牵头,多部门合作的“适宜技术”选择与应用的发展策略.兼顾技术本身推广的“适宜性”、推广人员人力资源现状与推广人员的技术培训方式和绩效；同时给予政策上的倾斜支持；通过与“公共卫生服务”和“新农合”的有机结合,大力促进“适宜技术”的基层推广模式的建立；使用科学、严谨和易于操作绩效的管理与评估手段保障“适宜技术”推广应用效果的质量.%In the past eight years,the rural appropriate health technology promotion has achieved favorable social and economic benefits in Liaoning province. An effective system of management and regulations has been established in aspects such as needs assessment,technology selection,performance examination and quality control. Thus,some promotion experiences were accumulated. It was suggested that the development strategy under the lead ot government and sectors cooperation should be established in selection and application of the appropriate technology by considering the appropriateness of the technology itself, promoting the current status of human resources and approaches and effectiveness of human training. Moreover, tilt support was given in policy by the organic integration of public health service and new rural cooperative medical system ( CMS) and great improvement in the establishment of basic promotion modes. In addition,the scientific,strict and feasible management and assessment approaches were used to guarantee the quality of appropriate technology promotion and application.
