疼痛是较为常见的拔牙术后并发症,可以分为拔牙后反应性疼痛、局部感染引起的疼痛以及干槽症,其中干槽症引起的疼痛最为剧烈.拔牙术后疼痛的治疗主要以止疼为主,对于较为轻微的疼痛,口服止疼药物即可达到目的;而对于较为严重的疼痛,拔牙窝内充填止疼材料可明显减轻患者疼痛,提高其生活质量.文章依据导致拔牙术后疼痛的原因不同,分类阐述拔牙术后疼痛的治疗及预防,同时对拔牙窝内放入的止疼材料的种类和优缺点进行对比,为该并发症的防治提供参考.%Pain is a common complication after tooth extraction.It can be divided into reactive pain after extraction,pain caused by local infection and dry socket.The pain caused by dry socket is the most severe one.And pain relief is the main treatment.The mild pain can be relieved by oral analgesic drugs,while for the severe pain,filling pain-relieving materials in extraction sockets can significantly reduce pain and improve the quality of life.To provide guidance for clinical practice,treatments and preventions of the pain after tooth extraction were introduced according to different causes.Furthermore,the advantages and shortcomings of different kinds of pain-relieving materials filling in extraction sockets were compared.
