口腔黏膜病目前已成为一种社会心理性疾病.文章分析了国内外学者对精神心理因素与各种常见口腔黏膜疾病关系较新的研究进展,从全新的视角,更加注重免疫、生化及分子生物学等方向的研究,以期对精神心理因素与口腔黏膜病内在关系有更全面和深入的了解,为进一步研究精神心理因素在口腔黏膜病发病的作用机制提供最新的线索和方向.%Oral mucosal disease has now become a social-psychological disease.This paper analyzes the research progress presented by domestic and foreign scholars about the relationship between mental and psychological factors and various common oral mucosal diseases.From a new perspective,we focus on the research of immunology,biochemistry and molecular biology in order to have a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of the internal relationship between mental and psychological factors and oral mucosal disease,in order to provide the latest clues and directions for further study in the role of psychological factors in pathogenesis of oral mucosal disease.
