广西地区陆川猪病毒性免疫抑制病的流行病学调查

         

摘要

为了解猪病毒性免疫抑制病在纯种陆川猪群中的流行情况,本研究采用PCR和RT-PCR方法,对2016年采自广西陆川县及其周边地区猪场和农村散养户的389头陆川猪的组织样品分别进行了猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)、猪细小病毒(PPV)、猪伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、猪流感病毒(SIV)、猪巨细胞病-(PCMV)和猪口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)的病原学检测,结果显示上述病原阳性率分别为14.40%(56/389)、26.99%(105/389)、60.93%(237/389)、7.97%(31/389)、3.08%(12/389)、11.83%(46/389)、24.16%(94/389)、26.22%(102/389),其中单一感染率为31.06%(91/293),混合感染率为68.94%(202/293).在混合感染的样品中,陆川猪的病毒性免疫抑制病多以二重和三重感染类型为主,分别占40.59%(82/202)和36.14%(73/202),其中PCV2混合其它病原感染形式最为常见,占所有混合感染样品的80.69%(163/202).对各地区、季节和猪的不同生长阶段的调查结果显示,纯种陆川猪群中普遍存在病毒性免疫抑制病,尤其以PCV2与其它病原混合感染类型为主,提示PCV2将是今后陆川猪群疫病防控的重点.本研究为陆川猪病毒性免疫抑制病防制方案的制定和新型疫苗的研制提供了依据.%To ascertain the prevalence of porcine viral immunosuppressive diseases in purebred Luchuan swinery,some tissue samples of 389 pigs collected firom large-scale pig farms or rural households in Luchuan County of Guangxi and its surrounding areas were detected for the antigen of classical swine fever virus (CSFV),porcine reproductive respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV),porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2),porcine parvovirus (PPV),pseudorabies virus (PRV),swine influenza virus (SIV),porcine cytomegalovirus (PCMV) and foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) by PCR or RT-PCR.The average infection rate of these pathogens were 14.40% (56/389),26.99% (105/389),60.93% (237/389),7.97% (31/389),3.08% (12/389),11.83% (46/389),24.16% (94/389) and 26.22% (102/389),respectively.Among the 293 positive samples,the percentage of single infections was 31.06% (91/293) and that of multiply infections was 68.94% (202/293).In all of multiply infections,double and triple infections were the most important infection type,accounting for 40.59% (82/202) and 36.14% (73/202) respectively.Within multi-factor pathogens,the most common co-infection type was PCV2 with other pathogens which reached to 80.69% (163/202).The survey results for regions,seasons and different growth stages of pigs further demonstrated that pig viral immunosuppressive diseases were ubiquitous throughout the purebred Luchuan swinery,PCV2 co-infection with other pathogens was the main way of multiply infections,and the prevention and control of PCV2 should be the key point in the future in purebred Luchuan swinery.This study would provide an experimental basis for making practical control measures and developing new vaccines for the viral immunosuppressive disease of Luchuan swinery.
