Objective:To evaluate the differences in the psychological status of patients with different intensity of orofacial pain.Methods:180 patients were randomly recruited and divided into six groups by orofacial pain intensity,i.e.painless,mild,discomforting,distressing,horrible and excruciating.The psychological status was assessed by Symptom Check-List 90.The data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Results:By comparing psychological status of different intensity of orofacial pain,the scores of somatization,anxiety,depression,obsession,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia,horror,hostility and psychoticism increased along with the pain intensity,and significant differences were found among different intensity of orofacial pain groups (P＜ 0.05).Conclusions:Intensity of orofacial pain was closely related to somatization,anxiety,depression,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia,horror,hostile and psychiatric mental health.Psychological health problems were more serious among the patients with higher intensity of orofacial pain.%目的:比较不同强度口颌面疼痛患者心理状态的差异,为口颌面疼痛的个性化治疗提供参考.方法:随机选取180名患者,根据口颌面疼痛强度分为无痛、轻度不适、不适、难受、可怕的痛、极为痛苦六个组并发放症状自评量表.使用SPSS 17.0对所得数据进行统计分析.结果:比较不同疼痛强度口颌面疼痛患者的心理状况发现,口颌面疼痛强度升高与躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、强迫症、人际关系敏感、偏执、恐怖、敌对及精神病性九个因子的得分和症状指数、总分升高成正比,且不同疼痛组间得分差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:口颌面疼痛强度与躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、偏执、恐怖、敌对及精神病性等心理健康状况密切相关,疼痛强度高的患者心理健康问题更严重.
