基于口内扫描的三维数字化全牙列模型准确性评价的初步研究

         

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of full arch three-dimensional dentitions from three different intraoral scanners.Methods:10 sets of stone models were prepared from pvs (vinyl polysiloxane material) impression,representing the full arch maxilla and mandible,with second molar to second molar's analogues.The models were digitized by using three different intraoral scanners,as well as using an extraoral scanner as a reference.Scanning was repeated three times for each model.All datasets were loaded into reverse-engineering software and analyzed.The digital models from intraoral scans were superimposed on the reference model to evaluate accuracy.and superimposed on each other within groups to evaluate precision.General accuracy and precision were compared by scanner type with an ANOVA model including scanner,and their interaction.The mean distance,std deviation and,mean value,standard deviation and in tolerance rate were measured in each group,and compared to those of the reference model.The color-coded diagrams were used to show the visual deviations distribution.Results:Mean precision values of CEREC Omnicam were 33.78± 11.18μm,Trios 2 pod 44.07± 9.64μm,CS3600 43.92± 5.23μm.Statistically significant differences were found between CEREC Omnicam and other scanners,as well as between Trios 2 pod and CS3600.Mean trueness values of CEREC Omnicam were 3.499± 1.167μm,CS3600 3.722± 1.533μm,Trios 2 pod5.873±3.260μm.Significant differences were found between CEREC Omnicam and Trios 2 pod,as well as CS3600.(P< 0.05).In tolerance rate ranged from72.36± 9.72% to 54.60± 4.63%,showing that CEREC Omnicam performed best,while CS3600 had the lowest rate.The visual observation revealed horizontal deviations in the distal parts of the arches.Conclusions:All tested scanners showed a comparable level of accuracy for full-arch scans.CEREC Omnicam performed best in accuracy and precision.Further studies are needed to validate the accuracy of these scanners under clinical conditions.%目的:分析比较三个不同品牌的口内扫描仪全牙列模型扫描的准确性.方法:三品牌口内扫描仪获取数字化牙列模型,口外扫描仓数据为对照组,通过专业逆向工程软件处理分析.全牙列扫描的准确性以精确性和正确度评价,精确性通过对同一口内扫描仪重复扫描的数据拟合及偏差分析所得标准偏差值评价;正确度通过口内扫描组和对照组的偏差分析所得平均偏差和标准偏差及正确率评价,SAS软件以单因素方差分析ANOVA和SNK检验统计测量结果.差异分布彩图定性描述偏差分布特征.结果:评价精确性的标准偏差值:CEREC Omnicam为33.78±11.18μm,Trios 2 pod为44.07±9.64μm,CS3600为43.92±5.23μm;评价正确度的标准偏差值:CEREC Omnicam为3.499±1.167μm,CS3600为3.722±1.533μm,Trios 2 pod为5.873±3.260μm;正确率以阈值范围内的百分比表示,CEREC Omnicam为72.36±9.72%,Trios 2 pod为71.60±4.882%,CS3600为54.60±4.63%,SAS分析三者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).差异分布彩图显示口内扫描偏差较大的区域主要分布在后牙区的颊面及牙弓末端牙的远中面.结论:三种口内扫描仪的准确性均能满足临床修复体制作要求,CEREC Omnicam的精确性,正确度以及正确率均为最优.
