目的:研究比较everStick高强纤维树脂贴面与瓷贴面的边缘微渗漏情况.方法:选取新拔除的无龋坏的20颗上中切牙,随机分成两组,每组10颗.分别用everStick高强纤维树脂材料和Cerinate铸瓷制作贴面,使用Single Bond 2进行粘结.经冷热循环500次后品红染色,金刚砂片平行于牙体长轴沿唇舌向将修复体纵向剖开2次,在体式显微镜下测量染料渗入的深度.结果:两种材料微渗漏深度经t检验,显示everStick高强纤维树脂贴面的微渗漏值低于瓷贴面,差异有统计学意义,P＜ 0.05.结论:从微渗漏深度进行评价,everStick高强纤维树脂贴面的边缘微渗漏情况明显优于瓷贴面.%Objective:The objective was to evaluate the degree of dye penetration of everStick fibre reinforced composites resin and porcelain laminate veneer.Methods:Twenty freshly extracted human maxillary central incisors were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 10 each.Respectively,the teeth were prepared for veneer restoration by fiber-reinforced composite and porcelain laminate veneer bonding with Single Bond 2.After exposed to thermocycling 500 times and immersed in basic fuchsin dye solution,the specimens were then sectioned buccolingual into three halves in a vertical plane parallel and measured dye penetration using stereomicroscope.The data collected was recorded and statistically analysed using T tests.Results:It is evident that the FRC group showed a lower mean score of 0.333mm,and the PLV group showed a higher mean score of 0.749mm,as compared to the FRC group.Overall,when the two groups were compared for microleakage using T tests,there was significant difference.Conclusions:To evaluate the dye penetration of microleakage,the FRC showed a better marginal adaptability for veneer restoration.
