不同培养条件下白色念珠菌在硅橡胶软衬表面的粘附实验

         

摘要

Candida albicans suspension was incubated with specimens under different culture conditions. Specimens with bacteria attachment were then observed under optical microscope, and micro-organisms adhered to the spccimcn were then removed and statistically analyzed (CFU/ml). Results: More cells were attached when specimens were incubated for 48h with shaking and media changing by 24h(P<0.001). Microscopic evaluation showed clusters of blastospore cells of C. Albicans were more spread out when specimens were exposed in media containing 5% bovine serum. Conclusions: It was found that there was significant influence of different culture conditions to Candida albicans adhesion.%目的:研究不同培养条件下白色念珠菌在硅橡胶软衬表面的粘附情况.方法:分别采用不同培养时间即24h和48h,不同培养基成分即是否含牛血清、不同培养方式即是否培养中进行摇荡培养,将硅橡胶软衬在白色念珠菌菌液中逃行粘附实验,通过显微镜下观察和菌落形成数分析比较不同条件下的粘附情况.结果:在摇床上培养48h、期间24h时进行新鲜培养液更换的培养条件下,白色念珠菌粘附数量显著增多(P<0.001);含5%牛血清的培养基中培养时,白色念珠菌假菌丝型显著增多.结论:不同的培养条件影响白色念珠菌在硅橡胶软衬表面粘附的数量和形态.这一实验结果可为研究比较其他软衬材料表面白色念珠菌粘附实验中培养条件的选择作一参考.
