氧化锆桩核修复无肩领上颌尖牙三维有限元模型的建立

         

摘要

目的:建立氧化锆桩核修复的、无肩领上颌尖牙的三维有限元模型,为进一步生物力学分析提供模型基础.方法:采用Micro CT扫描获得上颌尖牙图片395张,将扫描图片输入Mimics建立上颌尖牙实体模型,并用Freeform软件进行表面光滑处理后,输入ANSYS软件中建立一段式切削氧化锆桩核修复后上颌尖牙的三维有限模型,采用收敛试验验证模型的有效性.结果:网格划分后氧化锆桩核修复的上颌尖牙有限元模型共生成35463个单元,49049个节点,在力学和几何学方面与实体组织具有高度的相似性.应力云图可见Von-Mises应力主要集中于舌面受力区、桩/牙本质界面和舌:侧牙根部,应力峰值发生在舌面受力区.结论:所建三维有限元模型比较真实的模拟了氧化锆桩核修复的上颌尖牙,可为进一步的生物力学研究提供有效的平台.%Objective: To establish the three-dimensional (3D) finite element model (FEM) of severely damaged maxillary canine restored with one-milled zirconium post and core system. Methods: Micro-CT scanning technology and software such as Mimics, Freeform, and ANSYS were applied to establish the 3D FEM restored with one-milled zirconia post and to preliminarily validate the validity of the model. Results: The established model generated 35463 elements and 49049 nodes. Von-Mises stress mainly distributed on occlusal section, post/dentin interface, and lingual region of the root. Conclusions: The combination of Micro-CT scanning technology, Mimics, Freeform, and ANSYS software can be used to establish 3D FEM of maxillary canine. The model features vivid shape and perfect mechanical and geometric similarities.
