Objectives Taking students in a medical university as the research object to describe entrepreneurial cognition and intention of medical students.Investigate the current situation of the students in a medical university,and guide the medical institutions to carry out entrepreneurship education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the students of medical university.Descriptive statistics were carried out by using the mean number and percentage.Results Students in medical colleges had a variety of awareness of entrepreneurship.38.4% of the students were interested in entrepreneurship,13.3% of students were very interested in entrepreneurship.65.8% believed that they owned little entrepreneurial ability,25.7% thought they did not have the ability.Conclusions Most people are interested in entrepreneurship.Students are very interested in entrepreneurship,but there are relatively weak in entrepreneurial ability.Medical colleges should pay attention to the policy of entrepreneurship,provide the entrepreneurial environment,form the entrepreneurial atmosphere,carry out entrepreneurship education and improve the entrepreneurial ability.%目的 分析医学院校学生对创业的认知和意向,为医学院校开展创业教育提供参考依据.方法 于2015年4月对某医科大学7个专业的学生展开问卷调查.采用频数、百分比等进行描述性统计.结果 医学院校学生对创业具有多样性的认识,对创业政策知晓度不高.有13.3％(36人)的学生对于创业很感兴趣,38.4％(104人)的学生对于创业比较有兴趣.有65.8％(177人)认为自己创业能力有欠缺,25.7％(69人)认为自己不具备创业能力.结论 医学院校的学生对创业大多持理性和积极的态度.多数人对创业有兴趣但自评创业能力相对薄弱,医学院校应关注创业政策,积极整合校内现有的创业教育资源,在传授专业知识过程中适度渗透创新创业教育模块,提供创业创新氛围,提高医学院校学生对创业创新的认知和能力.
