Objectives To evaluate the effect of postpartum health education on primiparas in order to provide reference for further implementation of relating health educational activities.Methods An interventional method was adopted.Interventions of health education on primiparas were applied and changes in indicators regarding the awareness rates of self-care,breast feeding,and neonatal nursing for primiparas before and after interventions.Results After the intervention,the awareness rates of self-care,breast feeding,and neonatal nursing for primiparas all increased significantly(P<0.05).The awareness rate of knowledge regarding postpartum examination and birth control,advantages of breast feeding,and regularly physiology of neonate increased from 74.62% to 93.33%,80.06% to 97.45% and 65.89 to 92.12% respectively.Conclusions Health education on primiparas has achieved significant results and can improved the quality of life,success rate of breast feeding and nursing ability of the neonate for primiparas efficiently.%目的 对初产妇产后健康教育效果进行评价,为进一步开展初产妇健康教育工作提供依据.方法 采取干预试验的研究方法,对初产妇进行健康教育知识干预,比较健康教育前后产妇在自我护理、母乳喂养和新生儿护理知识知晓率等指标的变化.结果 通过健康教育干预,产妇在自我护理知识、母乳喂养知识和新生儿护理知识的知晓率都明显提高(P<0.05),产后检查及避孕知识知晓率由74.62％提高至93.33％,母乳喂养优点知晓率从80.06％提高至97.45％,新生儿常见生理现象知晓率从65.89％提高至92.12％.结论 对初产妇实施健康教育效果显著,能有效提高产妇的生活质量、母乳喂养成功率及新生儿的护理能力.
