This study reviewed the influencing factors of subjective well-being of nurse from two respects:the external environment factors(demography variables,working environment,social support),internal psychological factors(emotion state,self-efficacy,personality traits and personality),which may provide ideas for further research on this direction.%从外部环境因素(人口统计学变量、工作环境、社会支持)和内部心理因素(情绪状态、自我效能、人格特征和性格)两大方面对国内外护士主观幸福感影响因素进行综述,并展望护士主观幸福感未来相关研究方向,为今后护士主观幸福感相关研究提供思路.
