目的：了解武汉市社会资本举办医疗机构的依法执业现况，以规范医疗机构及医务人员的执业行为，探索完善社会办医机构的医疗卫生监管模式。方法对武汉市直管的社会办医机构每年开展监督巡查及不良执业行为记分管理，对其依法执业情况进行调查。结果2013年武汉市直管社会办医机构及其医务人员执业行为较2011年明显规范。结论社会办医机构应积极推进行业组织建设，加强行业自律，规范管理，依法执业。各级卫生行政部门及卫生监督机构应加强对社会办医机构的审批与校验管理，严把准入关口，严格执行不良执业行为记分管理，逐步完善长效监管机制。%Objectives To understand the current status of legal medical practice in the medical institutions foun-ded by private investment in Wuhan city,and to regularize the practice behavior of medical staff and medical institu-tions,positively explore and improve the mode of supervision and inspection for medical institutions founded by pri-vate investment.Methods Annually supervision and inspection for medical institutions founded by private invest-ment was carried out by Wuhan Health Inspection and Supervision Administration,and bad practice behaviors were marked.The legal medical practice was further investigated and analyzed.Results In 2013,the occupational behav-ior medical institutions founded by private investment was more standard than 201 1.Conclusions Medical institu-tions founded by private investment should advance the organizational development,enhance the self-regulation, standardized the management and practice legally in a positive way.Health administrative departments at different levels and health inspection authorities should strengthen the approval and verification administration of the medical institutions founded by private investment,mark the score of the bad practice behavior insistently and strictly,and improve the long-acting supervision mechanism step by step.
