目的 了解兰州市托幼机构保教人员儿童意外伤害救护能力与培训情况,为开展普及培训提供依据.方法 自编问卷、随机抽样对316名托幼机构保教人员进行调查.结果 面对突发意外伤害,71.33%(214名)的保教人员对儿童实施急救时没有信心;参加过急救培训的保教人员为24.34%(73名);不同工龄、不同性质保教人员儿童意外伤害救护信心均有显著性差异(P<0.01).结论 保教人员缺乏对儿童意外伤害救护的信心,急救培训率低,应大力开展急救培训.%Objectives To find out the current status of ability of first-aid and trainings on children accident injuries among child-care and teaching staff at nurseries and kindergartens in Lanzhou, and to provide the basis for carrying out the universal trainings. Methods Self questionnaire and random sampling method were used for carrying out investigations among 316 teachers at nurseries and kindergartens. Results 71.33% teachers (214) have no con fidence on children first-aid when come to the accident injuries, with 24.34% of them (74) had been participating first-aid trainings. Teachers with different working years and characters have significantly difference on confidence of accident injuries of children(P<0.01). Conclusions Teachers lack confidence on first-aid of accident injuries of children and the rate of first-aid trainings is low. It is imperative to carry out universal trainings of first-aid.
