公共场所卫生监管过程中,主要存在监管法规惩戒效力弱、长效监管模式仍不完善、卫生知识培训模式落后等问题,针对现状,提出了对策,建议应从加快立法进程、健全和完善配套政策和制度、创新培训模式、提高培训效果等方面进行积极探索.%There are many problems in the process of public health regulatory, such as the weak regulatory laws, unperfected in long-term regulatory approach, backward in the training mode of health knowledge. This paper pro poses that we should take active exploration in the areas such as speeding up the legislative process, improving and perfecting the supporting policies, innovative training model to improve the effectiveness of training.
