中老年男性太极拳高、低架野马分鬃、倒卷肱与云手练习中的气体代谢和能量消耗特征

         

摘要

目的:探讨太极拳野马分鬃、倒卷肱和云手高、低架势动作的气体代谢和能量消耗特征,为编排太极拳动作及中老年人运动处方的制定提供参考依据.方法:运用k4b2气体分析仪采集17名中老年男性进行3分钟野马分鬃、倒卷肱和云手高、低架势(高架:膝关节角度为110°~130°;低架:膝关节角度为90°~110°)练习过程中的呼吸频率、摄氧量、相对摄氧量、心率、氧脉搏、通气量和能耗等气体代谢和能量消耗指标.结果:同一架势下,3个动作之间呼吸频率、摄氧量、相对摄氧量、心率、氧脉搏、通气量和能耗均无显著性差异(P>0.05);高、低架野马分鬃之间呼吸频率、摄氧量、相对摄氧量、心率、氧脉搏、通气量和能耗有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);高、低架云手之间摄氧量、相对摄氧量和能耗有显著性差异(P<0.05),而呼吸频率、心率、氧脉搏、通气量无显著性差异(P>0.05);高架倒卷肱除呼吸频率外,摄氧量、相对摄氧量、心率、氧脉搏、通气量和能耗均显著低于低架倒卷肱(P<0.01).结论:相同架势练习时,野马分鬃、倒卷肱、云手运动强度相似,3个动作的运动强度有明显的架势依赖性.%Objective The gaseous metabolism and expenditure of energy of three typical movements of Taijiquan were investigated in elderly men. Methods Seventeen elderly men participated in this study.RF, HR, VO2/HR, VO2, VE, VO2/kg, EEwere measured during practice ofYemafenzong, Daojuangong and Yunshou movements by using K4b2 telemetry system. The knee angle of higher posture was 110°~130° and lower posture was 90°~110°. Results There were no significant differences in RF,HR, VO2/HR, VO2, VE, VO2/kg, EE among three movements (P > 0.05 ) . There were significant differences in RF, HR, VO2/HR, VO2, VE, VO2/kg, EE (P< 0.01)in Yemafenzong between lower posture and higher posture. Except for RF, HR, VO2/HR, VE, VO2, VO2/kg, EE showed significant differences (P < 0.05) in Yunshou between lower posture and higher posture. Except for RF, HR, VO2/HR, VO2, VE, VO2/kg, EE showed significant differences (P< 0.01) in Daojuangong between lower posture and higher posture. Conclusion In the same posture state, exercise intensity was similar among three typical movements. The difference of exercise intensity depended on different postures.
