新型2-(2-氨基-4,5-二硝基苯基亚胺)甲基-6-羟甲基-4-甲基苯酚的合成及其对与阴离子的识别性能

         

摘要

以2,6-二羟基对甲基苯酚为起始原料,设计并合成了新型阴离子受体2-(2-氨基-4,5-二硝基苯基亚胺)甲基-6-羟甲基-4-甲基苯酚(1),其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS表征.通过UV测试了1对六种阴离子的识别作用.1在DMSO溶液中对F-,AcO-和H2PO4-具有比色识别作用,结合常数Ka大小顺序为F->AcO->H2PO4-,同时UV谱图发生显著变化.而1对CI-,Br-,I-和HSO4-,颜色和UV-Vis谱图均无明显变化.结果表明,1在DMSO溶液中对F-,AcO-和H2PO4-有识别作用.%A novel anion receptor, 2-(2-amino-4,5-dinitrophenylimino) methyl-6-hydroxymethyl-4-methylphenol (1) , was designed and synthesized from 2,6-dihydroxyl-p-methylphenol. The structure was characterized by 1H NMR, IR and MS. The recognition properties of 1 for six anions were investigated by UV in DMSO solution. The results showed that 1 can selectively calorimetrically recognize F-, AcO- and H2PO4- , and the sequence of association constants Ka is F- >AcO- >H2PO4-. The changes of color and UV absorption were observed in the presence of F-, AcO-, H2PO4- , a neglect-able changes appeared after adding Cl- , Br- , I- and HSO4-.
