Al2O3掺杂的80TiO2·20SiO2介孔光催化剂的合成与表征

         

摘要

以钛酸异丙酯[Ti(OCHMe2)4],正硅酸四乙酯[Si(OEt)4],无水三氯化铝(AlCl3)为无机氧化物前驱体,无水乙醇为溶剂,非离子型三嵌段聚氧烯烃共聚物表面活性剂(P123)为模板剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法成功地合成了Al2O3掺杂的80TiO2·20SiO2介孔材料(1),其结构经UV和XRD表征.研究结果表明,1的介观结构具有良好的有序度;1骨架内的Al2O3为无定形;Al原子未进入锐钛矿晶格内.1对光的吸收主要在紫外区,带隙能2.95 eV~2.97 eV,且低于80TiO2·20SiO2的带隙能(3.22 ev).在紫外光照射下,1分解H2S气体的活性得到了显著提高,且最高活性是80TiO2·20SiO2的3倍以上.%A12O3-doped 80TiO2 · 20SiO2 mesoporous composites(l) were successfully synthesized using Ti(OCHMe2)4,Si( OEt)4 and nonaqueous AlCl3 as the inorganic precursors,absolute ethanol as the solvent and P123 as a template by sol-gel method. The structures were characterized by UV and XRD. The results showed that 1 exhibited good order degree,Al2O3 were amorphous state in the framework,Al atoms did not enter anatase lattices. The absorption of 1 to light were mainly in UV light region and the bandgap energies were in the range of 2.95 eV ~ 2.97 eV which were lower than 80TiO2 · 20SiO2(3.22 eV). Under UV light irradiation,1 exhibited remarkably enhanced photocat-alytic activities to the decomposition of H2S and the highest activity was 3 times higher than 80TiO2 · 20SiO2.
