为了对红掌的遗传变异做出检测,从红掌品种粉冠军继代6代后的组培苗中随机选取100株样品进行RAPD分析,从50条随机引物中挑选出7条稳定性较好的引物,共扩增出 48条带,其中1株样品带型发生变化,红掌组培苗的样品变异率为1%.研究结果为红掌工厂化育苗提供了快速、经济和准确的遗传变异检测技术.%The research was to detect the genetic variation in A nthurium andraeanum. One hundred tissue culturing seedlings of Pink Champion variety sub - cultured 6 times were selected randomly for RAPD analyses. Seven of 50 random primers were used in this study for its stabilized amplification. Forty- eight clear bands were amplified from the samples mentioned above and 1 sample varied in the bands. So the genetic variation rate of the samples was 1％. The research results would provide rapid, economical and accurate detection of genetic variation for industrial seedling in A nthurium andraeanum.
