Objective Explore the diagnostic value of US to Calcifications in patients with DCIS.Methods US and MMG images of 677 DCIS with pathologically confirmed were analyzed.According to whether the detection of calcification divided into two groups.Results 460 cases of calcifications were detected in US,of which 454 were calcified in the lesion area.537 cases of calcifications were detected in MMG,of which 392 were calcified in the lesion area.389 were found calcified in MMG and US,and 287 were found calcified in lesion area.Among the 460 calcifications found in US,clustered micro-calcifications were the most common,including 339 cases with calcification in the mass,41 cases with fine-grained calcification in the gland only,40 cases of calcification in solitary dilated ducts with echogenic material.Conclusions High-frequency ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of calcification in DCIS.US combined with MMG are able to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of calcification in DCIS.%目的 探讨超声(US)对乳腺导管原位癌(DCIS)钙化的诊断价值.方法 分析677例DCIS的US和MMG图像.按照是否检出钙化分为钙化组与非钙化组,全部经手术病理证实.结果 677例US检出钙化460例(68.0%),其中病灶区钙化454例(67.1%).MMG检出钙化537例(79.3%),其中病灶区钙化392例(57.9%).MMG与US同时发现钙化389例(57.5%),同时发现病灶区钙化287例(42.4%).US发现的460例钙化中,细点状钙化最多见,包括肿块内细点状钙化339例(50.1%),单纯腺体内细点状钙化41例(6.1%),导管扩张内实质样低回声伴细点状钙化40例(5.9%).结论 高频超声对DCIS钙化有很高诊断价值.US结合MMG可提高DCIS钙化诊断准确率.
