产前超声筛查技术推广的临床分析

         

摘要

Objective To explore the detection of prenatal ultrasound screening technology in primary hospitals on the detection of fetal structural abnormalities,improving the screening of prenatal ultrasound.Methods We retro spectively analyzed the cases of prenatal ultrasound in our hospital from.The cases before were Group A,the cases after were Group B.Respectively,the detection rate of malformation fetus in two groups was calculated,and the fetuses were classified according to induction of labor and postpartum.Results A group of cases of ultrasound examination found 59 cases of fetal malformations,missed diagnosis in 13 cases,the detection rate was 0.72 %.B group ultrasound examination found 103 cases of fetal malformations,missed diagnosis in 3 cases,the detection rate was 1.26%.The detection rate of group B was higher than that of group A.(P<0.5) Ultrasound screening promoted in middle pregnancy improve the detection rate of fetal abnormalities.Reduce the incidence of neonatal malformations.The 178 infants and 16 missed diagnoses were categorized according to the anatomy of the unborn fetus.The cardiovascular system 29 cases,the central nervous system 32 cases,the facial 24 cases,the urinary system 21 cases,Respiratory sys tem 10 cases,skeletal system 18 cases,anterior abdominal wall 8 cases,digestive system 6 cases and others 30 cases.Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound screening technology to promote the detection rate of malformed fetuses in Miyun District,Miyun District,prenatal ultrasound screening can diagnose most fetal structural deformities,but for finger dysplasia and hypospadias and other small malformations of ultrasonography Still need to improve.%目的 探讨基层医院产前超声筛查技术推广对胎儿结构畸形的检出价值,了解本地区胎儿结构畸形发生种类及数量,提高产前超声的筛查水平.方法 对我院进行产前超声检查病例进行回顾性分析.按产前超声筛查技术推广为界限将病例分成A、B两组,分别计算两组畸形胎儿的检出率,以引产及产后为准,对畸形胎儿进行分类统计.结果 A组病例超声检查发现59例胎儿畸形,漏诊13例,检出率0.72% (59/8 187);B组病例超声检查发现103例胎儿畸形,漏诊3例,检出率1.26% (103/8 187).B组检出率高于A组(P<0.05).该178例患儿和漏诊的16例患儿,根据解剖系统对畸形胎儿进行分类,心血管系统29例、中枢神经系统32例、颜面部24例、泌尿系统21例、呼吸系统10例、骨骼系统18例、前腹壁8例、消化系统6例、其他30例.结论 产前超声筛查技术推广提高了畸形胎儿的检出率,目前产前超声筛查能够诊断大多数胎儿结构畸形,但对于手指发育异常及尿道下裂等微小畸形的超声检查技术仍需要完善.
