Objective To investigate the value of transrectal real-time tissue elastography(TRTE) combined with serum prostate specific antigen(PSA) in the differential diagnosis of prostate benign and malignant nodules.Methods 89 patients with prostate nodules underwent TRTE and serum PSA detection.The results were analysed statistically compared with pathology.Results The differences of RTE strain index(SI) between benign nodules and malignant nodnles showed statistical significance.According to the ROC curve,when the cut-off point of SI was 7.50,the area under curve was 0.896,and the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,accuracy were 83.87 %,72.41%,76.41%.The combination of TRTE and serum PSA improved the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and the accuracy.The value were 93.55%,89.66% and 91.00%.Conclusions Combination of TRTE and PSA can improve the diagnostic rate and offer a valuable information in the differential diagnosis between prostate benign and malignant nodules.%目的 探讨经直肠实时组织弹性成像(TRTE)联合血清前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)对前列腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断价值.方法 对89例前列腺结节患者,行TRTE及血清PSA联合诊断,与病理结果对照并进行统计学分析.结果 前列腺良恶性结节实时组织弹性成像(RTE)应变指数(SI)之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).由ROC曲线可知,当SI切点值为7.50时,曲线下面积为0.896,诊断敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为83.87%、72.41%、76.41%;TRTE和PSA联合诊断时,其敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为93.55%、89.66%、91.0%.结论 TRTE联合血清PSA可提高前列腺癌(PCa)的诊断率,为前列腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断提供有价值的信息.
