Objective To compare contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) and x-ray angiography in the normal rabbits' proximal vas deferens and epididymis and to analyse the value of CEUS in proximal vas deferens and epididymis. Methods After dissected and punctured bilateral vas deferens of six New Zealand white rabbits, CEUS was performed with injection of ultrasound contrast agents into vas deferens by catheter. And then, x-ray angiography was performed with injection compound diatrizoate. Finally* differences between the x-ray angiography and CEUS were compared. Results With the method of CEUS, proximal vas deferens and the tail of epididymis develops clearly, proximal vas deferens is straight and even, the echo of the tail of epididymis is enhanced and it emerges with spots or like tadpole. With the method of x-ray angiography, we can see the development of proximal vas deferens, but the epididymis fails to develop. Conclusions CEUS, as a new method of checking proximal vas deferens and epididymis, provides more clinical information.%目的 超声造影与X线造影对比观察正常兔近端输精管和附睾,探讨超声造影在近端输精管和附睾检查中的应用价值.方法 解剖游离6只新西兰大白兔的双侧输精管并穿刺,经穿刺针缓慢推注超声造影剂行超声造影,随后经穿刺针推注复方泛影葡胺行X线造影,对比观察输精管X线造影及超声造影影像.结果 超声造影可见近端输精管和附睾尾部清晰显影,近端输精管走行较直且管径均匀,附睾尾呈斑点状或“蝌蚪”状增强.X线造影可见近端输精管显影,但附睾未能显影.结论 超声造影作为一种新的输精管和附睾尾的检查方法,可为临床提供更多的诊断信息.
