目的 探讨超声弹性成像在甲状腺微小癌诊断中的应用价值.方法 回顾性分析经病理证实的32例甲状腺微小癌患者的常规超声及弹性成像声像特征,比较2种方法对甲状腺微小癌的诊断准确率.结果 32例甲状腺微小癌中,常规超声诊断25例,诊断准确率为78.13％.超声弹性成像诊断30例,诊断准确率为93.75％.弹性成像诊断准确率高于常规超声(x2=16.32,P＜0.05).结论 超声弹性成像在甲状腺微小癌诊断上较常规超声更有价值.%Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasonic elastography in diagnosis of thyroid microcarci-noma. Methods The images of ultrasoound and ultrasonic elastography of thirty-two cases of thyroid microcarcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively, The diagnostic performance of the 2 methods was evaluated. Results 25 cases were found by ultrasoound and 30 cases were observed by ultrasonic elastography. The diagnosis accurare rate of ultrasoound and ultrasonic elastography was about 78. 13% and 93. 75%. The accuracy of UE was higher than that ultrasound in diagnosing thyroid microcarcinoma (X2 = 16. 32.P<0.05). Conclusions UE has better diagnostic value than ultrasoound in the diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma.
