目的：探讨血府逐瘀胶囊在腹腔镜联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂( GnRHa )治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位症囊肿( OEC)中的作用。方法将48名OEC患者按照随机数表法平均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组接受腹腔镜联合GnRHa治疗,治疗组则在对照组治疗基础上加用血府逐瘀胶囊进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床完全缓解率、复发率、痛经及性交痛VAS评分,以及血清中卵泡刺激素( FSH)、黄体生成素( LH)、雌二醇( E2)和孕激素( P)的水平。结果治疗组临床完全缓解率显著高于对照组(χ2=5.107,P<0.05),而复发率显著低于对照组(χ2=3.414,P<0.05)。治疗后两组痛经和性交痛VAS评分比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.114、2.125,均P<0.05),治疗后两组LH、FSH、P、E2水平比较差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.117、4.182、2.960、2.544,均P<0.05)。结论血府逐瘀胶囊适用于辅助腹腔镜联合GnRHa疗法OEC,有利于增强临床疗效。%Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuefuzhuyu Capsule in treatment of OEC by combining laparoscope with GnRHa. Methods Forty-eight cases with OEC were evenly divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table. The control group received treatment of laparoscope and GnRHa, while the treatment group received Xuefuzhuyu Capsule therapy based on the treatment for the control group. Complete remission rate, recurrence rate, VAS scores of menstrual pain and dyspareunia, serum levels of FSH, LH, P and E2 were assessed and compared between two groups. Results The complete remission rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 =5. 107,P<0. 05), but the recurrence rate was significantly lower in the treatment group (χ2 =3. 414, P <0. 05). VAS scores of menstrual pain and dyspareunia were significantly different between two groups after treatment (t value was 3. 114 and 2. 125, respectively, both P<0. 05), and the differences in serum levels of LH, FSH, E2 and P were significant between two groups (t value was 3. 117, 4. 182, 2. 960 and 2. 544, respectively, all P <0. 05). Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu Capsule is applicable in treatment of OEC to assist laparoscope and GnRHa, and it improves clinical efficacy.
