Objective To explore the difference in expressions of aquaporin 8 ( AQP-8 ) and Caspase7 in membranes of puerpera with oligohydramnios and of normal puerpera. Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to determine the expressions of AQP-8 and Caspase7 in membranes of experimental group ( n=30, puerpera with oligohydramnios) and of control group ( n=30, normal pregnant women) , and the expression strength was analyzed. Results The expressions of AQP-8 and Caspase7 in membranes of two groups were positive. Compared with the control group, the expression of AQP-8 was lower and that of Caspase7 was higher in the experimental group, and the differences were significant (t value was 4. 56 and 2. 60, respectively, both P<0. 05). The expression of AQP-8 was negatively correlated with that of Caspase7 in the experimental group (r= -0. 66,P<0. 05). Conclusion The abnormal expression of AQP-8 and Caspase7 in membranes of puerpera may be one of the causes of oligohydramnios.%目的：探讨水通道蛋白-8(AQP-8)和凋亡蛋白Caspase7在羊水量过少产妇和羊水量正常的产妇胎膜中的表达差异。方法采用免疫组化方法( SP法)分别检测30例羊水量过少实验组和30例羊水量正常对照组产妇胎膜组织中AQP-8和Caspase7的蛋白表达水平,并分析这两种蛋白的表达强度。结果 AQP-8和Caspase7蛋白在实验组与对照组产妇的胎膜中均有阳性表达。实验组胎膜中的AQP-8蛋白表达水平明显比对照组低,Caspase7的表达却明显比对照组高,而两者的表达差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.56、2.60,均P<0.05)；同时AQP-8与Caspase7在实验组胎膜细胞中的表达却呈负相关(r=-0.66, P<0.05)。结论羊水量过少孕妇胎膜中AQP-8蛋白的低表达与Caspase7蛋白的高表达,提示AQP-8和Caspase7在产妇胎膜中的异常表达可能是羊水过少发生的原因之一。
