目的：探讨早产儿早期干预的训练方法对其运动和智力发育的影响效果。方法根据家长自愿原则将早产儿分为干预组(92例)和对照组(72例),另取正常出生的新生儿70例作为正常组,干预组早产儿给予为期一年的系统管理及早期干预训练,对照组及正常组婴儿做常规儿童保健。比较干预组和对照组早产儿纠正年龄12个月龄及正常组婴儿12个月龄时检测智力发展指数( MDI)和运动发展指数( PDI),同时观察两组早产儿的发育异常情况。结果干预组和正常组MDI和PDI评分无统计学差异(均P>0.05),但均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(F值分别为104.609,106.093,均P<0.001)；干预组早产儿发育异常发生率(1例,1.09%)明显低于对照组(8例,11.11%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.825,P<0.05)。结论早期干预可以提高早产儿智力和运动发育水平,有效降低发育异常发生率,是降低早产儿伤残的有效方法。%Objective To explore the effect of early interventions on mental and physical development of premature infants. Methods According to parents’ will, the premature infants were divided into intervention group (92 cases) and control group (72 cases). The other 70 cases of normal infants were chosen in normal group. The premature infants in the intervention group were given one-year systematic management and early intervention training. The other two groups only received regular child care. When the infants in the intervention group and the control group were 12 months of correcting age and those in the normal group were 12 months old, their mental development index ( MDI) and physical development index ( PDI) were detected, and premature developmental anomalies of two groups were observed. Results The scores of MDI and PDI in the intervention group and the normal group were not statistically different (P>0. 05), but they were higher than the control group with significant differences (F value was 104. 609 and 106. 093,respectively,both P<0. 001). The incidence of dysplasia in the intervention group ( 1 case, 1. 09%) was significantly lower than that of the control group ( 8 cases, 11. 11%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7. 825,P<0. 05). Conclusion Early intervention can improve the mental and physical development of premature infants and reduce the incidence of dysplasia effectively. It is a valid method to reduce disabilities of premature infants.
