Objective To summarize the recall experience of Center of Neonatal Screening of Sichuan on newborn disease screening forcongenital hypothyroidism (CH) and explore new recall mode, so as to improve the efficacy of newborn disease screening service . Methods DELFIA assay was applied to detect the concentration of thyroid -stimulating hormone (TSH) in heel blood samples which werecollected from the neonates born in 2011 to 2012 in Sichuan.The neonates with suspected positive results were recalled .The recall modesincluded emergency recall and general recall according to different TSH values .Emergency recall was used for those TSH >20.0mIU/L,general recall was used for those TSH value was 8.0 -20.0mIU/L.The recall results and time of confirmed diagnosis were retrospectivelyanalyzed.Results Totally 525 941 blood samples were screened.The recall rate was 77.85% (2 590/3 327) and 387 cases were positive(11.63%).Emergency recall rate was 93.75% (330/352) and positive rate was 74.72% (263/352).General recall rate was 75.97%(2 260/2 975) and positive rate was 4.17% (124/2975).The time of diagnosis for emergency recall was 23.34d, while the time forgeneral mode was 45.55d.The difference between them was significant (t =-5.695, P <0.05).Conclusion The recall mode used inthe Center of Neonatal Screening of Sichuan is feasible , and it can enhance recall rate and shorten test cycle .%目的：总结四川省新生儿疾病筛查中心实验室先天性甲状腺功能减低症（ CH）召回经验，探讨新的召回模式，提高新生儿筛查服务的有效性。方法采用时间分辨荧光免疫法对四川省新生儿疾病筛查中心片区市县2011至2012年活产婴儿血中促甲状腺激素（ TSH）浓度进行检测，对阳性可疑患儿及时进行召回。召回方式根据TSH筛查结果的数值分为紧急召回和普通召回。 TSH＞20．0mIU/L者采取紧急召回模式，TSH在8．0～20．0mIU/L者采取普通召回模式（传统召回模式）。对召回结果、确诊时间进行回顾性分析。结果2011至2012年共测定525941例标本，检出可疑阳性3327例，召回了2590例（77．85％），确诊387例（11．63％）。紧急召回率为93．75％（330/352），确诊率74．72％（263/352）；普通召回率为75．97％（2260/2975），确诊率4．17％（124/2975）。紧急召回模式平均确诊时间为23．34天，普通模式平均确诊时间为45．55天，经比较有显著性差异（ t＝-5．686，P＜0．05）。结论四川省新生儿疾病筛查中心采用的CH筛查分类召回模式是可行的、有依据的，能够有效地提高召回率、缩短检测周期。
