目的：探讨健康教育在病毒性心肌炎伴有心力衰竭患儿中的应用效果。方法纳入2012年6月至2013年6月在绍兴市人民医院治疗的病毒性心肌炎伴有心力衰竭的患儿17例为健康教育组（干预组），其中男、女患儿分别为8例和9例，年龄1至14岁。以2006年6月至2007年12月收治的16例病毒性心肌炎合并心力衰竭并与综合干预组年龄、性别和疾病等相匹配的患儿为对照组。将2组的临床资料进行对比。对照组采用常规护理措施，干预组在常规护理基础上还对其进行健康教育，观察两组的护理效果和患儿家属的护理满意度。结果对照组和干预组的总有效率分别为50．00％和70．59％，两组患者的总有效率差异有统计学意义（χ2＝19．787，P＜0．05）。与对照组相比，干预组患者及家属的护理满意度较高，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝21．234，P＜0．05）。结论临床上对病毒性心肌炎伴有心力衰竭患儿实施常规护理干预联合健康教育，尤其是对患儿家属的重点健康教育，可提高病毒性心肌炎伴有心力衰竭患儿的治疗疗效，提高患者及家属对疾病的认识和满意度，值得推广。%Objective To investigate the application effect of health education on viral myocarditis combined with heart failure in children . Methods Totally 17 cases of children with viral myocarditis combining heart failure admitted in Shaoxing People ’ s Hospital in the period of June 2012 to June 2013 were selected in health education group (intervention group), including 8 males and 9 females aged 1-4 years. Another 16 matched cases in terms of age , fender and disease were selected in control group during June 2006 to December 2007.The control group was given routine medical care , and the intervention group was given health education on the basis of routine medical care . Clinical nursing effect and satisfaction degree of patient family on nursing of two groups were observed .Results Total effective rate of the control group and the intervention group was 50.00% and 70.59%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =19.787, P<0.05).Compared with the control group , nursing satisfaction degree of the intervention group was higher , and the difference was significant (χ2 =21.234, P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of routine medical care combining health education in clinics , especially for patients family , can improve the treatment effect of viral myocarditis combined with heart failure in children and enhance the satisfaction degree of patients and their family .It is worthy of promotion .
