目的：观察剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠采用血管性介入治疗效果。方法研究对象共56例，根据病情分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用血管性介入治疗，对照组采用保守治疗，比较两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果研究组和对照组患者治疗后和各项指标均明显下降（P＜0．05），且治疗后研究组血人绒毛膜促性腺激素（hCG）水平和孕囊平均直径较对照组下降更为明显（t值分别为28．83、8．37，均P＜0．05），而子宫动脉阻力指数和搏动指数均较对照组显著升高（t值分别为8．99、8．00，均P＜0．05）。研究组下肢或臀部疼痛发生率显著低于对照组（χ2＝4．51，P＜0．05）。结论血管性介入性治疗剖宫产瘢痕妊娠疗效确切、安全有效，值得在有条件医院临床推广。%Objective To study the therapeutic effect of vascular interventional treatment on cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).Methods Totally 56 cases were divided into study group and control group according to the state of illness .Study group was treated with vascular interventional therapy , and control group was treated with conservative treatment .The therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results The indicators decreased in both groups (P<0.05).The level of hCG and pregnant bursa average diameter decreased more significantly in the study group than in the control group (t value was 28.83 and 8.37, respectively, both P<0.05), but the resistance index and pulsation index were significantly higher than control group (t value was 8.99 and 8.00, respectively, both P<0.05).The incidence rate of lower limbs or hip pain in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2=4.51,P<0.05).Conclusion Vascular interventional treatment is effective and safe for caesarean scar pregnancy , and it is worth to clinical promotion in hospitals with good conditions .
