Objective To investigate the clinical application of Progynova in frozen-thawed embryo transfer and to seek the possible factors influencing pregnancy outcomes .Methods Retrospective analysis was performed on data of 316 patients preparing for frozen-thawed embryo transfer with HRT (Progynova) in reproduction department of Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Hospital in 2011, aiming to observe the influencing factors of outcomes of frozen-thawed embryo transfer.Results The >13 day group was older than other groups (t=0.04,P<0.05), and there were differences in endometrial thickness of >13 day group, 12-13 day group, and <8 day group in comparison with mean endometrial thickness (t value was 0.45, 0.37 and 0.58, respectively, all P<0.05).There was no obvious difference in pregnancy rate among groups (χ2 =1.37,P >0.05).Compared with non-pregnant group, pregnant group was not significantly different in age , endometrial thickness, medication course and dose (t value was 0.89, 0.21, 0.38 and 0.25, respectively, all P>0.05).Conclusion In frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle , the older the patients , the longer the medication .The course and total amount of Progynova are not evidently correlated with the endometrial thickness and pregnancy rate .%目的：探讨补佳乐在冻融胚胎移植中的临床应用，寻找影响妊娠结局的可能因素。方法对南京妇幼保健院生殖医学中心2011年应用激素替代（补佳乐）方案进行冻融胚胎移植准备的316例患者资料进行回顾性分析，观察冻融胚胎移植结局的影响因素。结果补佳乐应用的各组年龄比较，大于13天组患者的年龄偏大（ t＝0．04，P＜0．05）；补佳乐应用时间显示，大于13天组、12～13天组、小于8天组患者的内膜厚度与平均内膜厚度相比均有差异（t值分别为0．45、0．37、0．58，均P＜0．05）；各组间妊娠率无明显差别（χ2＝1．37，P＞0．05）；妊娠组与未妊娠组比较，在年龄、内膜厚度、补佳乐用药天数、补佳乐用量上均无明显差别（t值分别为0．89、0．21、0．38、0．25，均P＞0．05）。结论应用补佳乐方案的冻融胚胎移植周期中，患者的年龄越大，应用补佳乐天数越长；应用补佳乐的天数及总量与内膜厚度及妊娠率并无显著性关系。
