As a natural active substance extracted from curcumin longs , curcumin is the active principle of turmeric. It has many pharcological actions such as antiinflammatory action, antitumorgenesis, anti-oxidation, hypolipidemicaction, antimicrobial action,eliminating free radicals and so on. It can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of tumor cells without negative side effects, especially block invasion and metastasis of the tumor. The mechanisms of its anti-tumor effect include: ①Curcumin can inhibit cell adhesion and infiltration, and inhibit activation of eukaryotic transcription factor-kappaB (NF-kB) and regulate cancer genetic proteins;② It can inhibit matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) ,it can induce the arrest of cell cycle and apoptosis at cell level;③ At tissue level, it can inhibit cell signaling pathways tumor angiogenesis, etc. This article reviewed roles of curcumin in inhibiting invasion and metastasis of tumors.%卵巢癌是女性生殖器官常见的肿瘤之一,发病率仅次于子宫颈癌和子宫体癌而列居第三位.但卵巢癌的病死率却占各类妇科肿瘤的首位,主要是因为其侵袭转移率比较高,这也是卵巢癌治疗的难点.姜黄素是从姜科姜黄根茎中提取的一种酚性色素,是一种副作用小、安全多效的天然活性物质,具有抑制卵巢癌细胞增殖、诱导卵巢癌细胞凋亡,尤其是抗卵巢癌侵袭转移的作用,其抗卵巢癌侵袭转移机制主要有:抑制细胞粘附运动和浸润,在基因水平上抑制核转录因子活化、调控癌基因转移相关蛋白;抑制金属基质蛋白酶,在细胞水平上诱导细胞周期停滞、诱导细胞凋亡;抑制细胞间的信号传导通路,在组织水平上抑制卵巢癌血管生成等.该文就姜黄素抗卵巢癌侵袭转移作用机制的研究作以综述.
