Objective To investigate the mental health status of obstetric nurses and analyze its influencing factors in order to explore strategies to improve their mental health. Methods Symptom Checklist 90( SCL-90 ) was used to evaluate mental health of 56 obstetric nurses ( observation group ) and 56 internal medicine nurses ( control group ). Results All of the SCL-90 factor scores except hostile and psychotic factor score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group and Chinese norm, and the differences between groups were statistically significant ( P ＜ 0.05 ). In control group all of the SCL-90 factor scores except hostile and psychotic factor score were higher than those in Chinese norm ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The influencing factors of mental health of obstetric nurses were occupational pressure, overload labor, role conflict and low social acceptance. Conclusion Compared with general population, obstetrics and internal medicine nurses suffer fiom more obvious problems in mental health, and the problems are more serious in obstetrics nurses than in internal medicine nurses.%目的 调查产科护士心理健康状况并分析其因素,探讨改善产科护士心理健康的对策.方法 采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别对56名产科护士(观察组)和56名内科护士(对照组)进行测评.结果 观察组除敌对和精神病性因子分外,其余SCL-90因子分均明显高于对照组和中国常模,其组间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);对照组除敌对和精神病性因子分外,其余SCL-90因子分也较中国常模高(均P<0.05).影响产科护士心理健康的主要因素有职业压力、超负荷的劳动强度、角色冲突和社会认可度低.结论 产科和内科护士比一般人群存在明显的心理健康问题,而产科护士心理健康问题又比内科护士更为严重.
