Objective To understand the results of free premarital examination and detected diseases ever since it was implemented so as to provide some scientific basis for further implementation in Ganzhou District. Methods The data of 7 542 cases who underwent free premarital examination in Marital Examination Center from September 2008 to October 2009 in Ganzhou District of Zhangye City were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total rate of premarital examination was 92.11％ in Ganzhou since free premarital examination was carried out, and 1 608 cases were detected with some diseases, with a rate of 21.32％. Among detected diseases, reproductive system disease were most frequent ( 47.89％ ), followed by infectious diseases ( 35.07％ ) and internal diseases ( 14.05％ ). The total detecting rate of female was significantly higher than that of male (X2＝ 80.938, P ＜ 0.05 ). The difference in detecting rate of each disease between female and male was significant (X2 was 2. 340 and 1. 049 respectively, both P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion According to the detecting situation and detected diseases in the premarital examination in Ganzhou District, premarital examination should be strengthened. Meanwhile,improve population quality and social harmony by premarital examination.%目的 了解甘肃省张掖市甘州区实施免费婚检以来的婚检情况以及婚检疾病的检出情况,为甘州区婚检工作的进一步开展提供科学依据.方法 收集2008年9月至2009年10月在张掖市甘州区婚检服务中心进行免费婚检的7 542例婚前医学检查资料进行统计分析.结果 实施免费婚检以来,甘州区婚检率达92.11%;检出各类疾病患者1 608例,检出率为21.32%,其中检出生殖系统疾病最多,占47.89%,其次为传染性疾病,占35.07%,内科疾病占14.05%.女性疾病总检出率明显高于男性(χ2=80.938,P<0.05).各类疾病的女性、男性总检出率比较分别有显著性差异(χ2分别为2.340、1.049,均P<0.05).结论 应依据张掖市甘州区婚检实际情况及疾病检出情况,加大婚检工作力度,同时依据疾病检出情况指导婚检工作,切实通过婚检改善人口素质,增进社会和谐.
