Objective To compare the short-term clinical efficacy of transvaginal hysterectomy( TVH ), laparoscopic hysterectony and abdominal hysterectony surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was caried out to compare the clinical parameters of TVH, laparoscopic hysterectony and abdominal hysterectomy surgery, such as operating duration, operative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time,postoperative analgesic effect and length of stay. Results Compared with the other two groups, the laparoscopic hysterectomy group was performed with shortest operative time ( F ＝ 10.45 ,P ＜0.05 ) and length of stay ( F ＝6.63 ,P ＜0.05 ), less blood loss ( F ＝40.61 ,both P ＜0.05 ) and low postoperative analgesic rate (X2 ＝6.80,P ＜0.05 ), and the postoperative exhaust time was earliest ( F ＝45.73 ,P ＜0.05 ). Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic hysterectony is satisfactory and it has clinical value.%目的 比较阴式子宫切除术、腹腔镜下子宫切除术及经腹子宫切除术对非脱垂子宫切除的近期临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析接受阴式子宫切除术(51例)、腹腔镜下子宫切除术(204例)和经腹子宫切除术(272例)进行非脱垂子宫切除的患者临床资料,比较手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后镇痛效果及住院时间等情况.结果 各组之间比较,腹腔镜组手术时间最短(F=10.45,P<0.05),出血量少(F=40.61,均P<0.05),住院时间最短(F=6.63,P<0.05),术后排气时间早(F=45.73,P<0.05),术后镇痛率低(χ2=6.80,P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜下非脱垂子宫切除术的近期疗效令人满意,有临床应用价值.
