As the scarce mountain scenery in Shanghai suburbs,Chenshan Hill's human history can be traced back to the Ming Dynasty.Since the twentieth century,the quarrying operations have made it a waste land.Now,with the new botanical garden construction,this landscape has the opportunity to be reshaped and ecologically restored.It is the environmental ethic and design philosophy that to identify the site's complicated information layer system,to judge the value of the abandoned land,to respect the objective historical consequence and to continue its development course.With technology development,the design wisely adopted the minimum intervention strategy to transform and reconstruct the site information layer system,so that to achieve multiple transformation goals,to update people's cognition on the fourth nature,and to establish a new harmonious relationship between human and nature.%作为上海近郊稀缺性山林风景区,辰山的人文历史至少可追溯至明代.20世纪以来,采石作业使其成为废弃地,现借新植物园建设契机对矿坑进行景观重塑与生态修复.辨识场地内的复杂信息、判断废地价值、尊重历史客观结果并延续其发展脉络,是新时代的环境伦理和风景园林设计哲学.借力于技术发展,智慧地采用最小干预策略,转化、重构场地信息层系统,完成多重改造目标,更新了人对第四自然的认知,建立起人与自然新的和谐关系.
